Returns

Returns are accepted only if you receive the wrong product or a damaged product.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal products cannot be returned unless they were received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method within 7–10 business days.

Exchange

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

If the mistake is on our side, we will bear the return shipping charges. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
